The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Barossa Grape & Wine Association and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Closing date for entry will be 5pm (AEST) Monday 22 July 2019. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

Entry is via digital opt-in and manual forms at the Barossa. Be Consumed events in Sydney (13 July 2019) and Melbourne (20 July 2019)

Entrants agree to receive marketing communications from each business in the applicable prize pool and Barossa Grape & Wine Association.

Entrants may unsubscribe from mailing lists at any time after the competition period.

One entry per person, per prize pool

Entrants MUST be 18 years of age or over. Photo ID will be requested at time of prize collection.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be chosen at random by software, from all entries received and verified by Promoter and or its agents.

The winner will be notified by email and notification on barossawine.com/barossa-dirt on Friday 26 July 2019. If the winner does not claim the prize via return email within 72 hours, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Prizes will be posted directly to the winner within 7 days of claim. In the case of travel and experience prizes, vouchers will be provided to the winner.

It is the winner’s responsibility to make all travel and experience bookings directly with the provider/s.

Airfares and other transportation are not included in any prize pool and are at the winner’s expense.

The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
